5. Course Enrollment and Payment

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• We do not store your complete payment information on our servers
• Prices are subject to change, but enrolled students pay the price in effect at enrollment
• Payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address

5.3 Refund Policy

Course fees may be refunded under the following conditions:

• Requests made within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of course materials
• Course cancellation by ServerSide Academy (full refund provided)
• Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved (prorated refund)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Processing may take 7-14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5.4 Course Prerequisites

Some courses require specific technical knowledge or experience. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the stated prerequisites. We do not provide refunds for students who do not meet prerequisites and struggle with course content.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

6.1 Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. This includes:

• Updating course content to reflect current technologies
• Changing platform features or user interface
• Adjusting course schedules or duration
• Replacing instructors when necessary

Significant changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

6.3 Course Completion Timeline

Students must complete courses within the specified enrollment period, typically 3-6 months from course start date. Extensions may be granted at our discretion for extenuating circumstances. Course access expires at the end of the enrollment period.
