  • • Course cancellation by ServerSide Academy (full refund provided)
  • • Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved (prorated refund)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Processing may take 7-14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5.4 Course Prerequisites

Some courses require specific technical knowledge or experience. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the stated prerequisites. We do not provide refunds for students who do not meet prerequisites and struggle with course content.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

6.1 Uptime and Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. This includes:
