Learning outcomes depend entirely on individual effort, prior knowledge, aptitude, and application of course concepts. We provide educational tools and guidance, but cannot guarantee specific results.

4.2 Service Availability

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Technical difficulties, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability.

6. Dispute Resolution and Legal Matters

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent.
