You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these terms or any of our rights and obligations without restriction.

Provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

ServerSide Academy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or telecommunications outages.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and ServerSide Academy. You have no authority to bind ServerSide Academy in any manner whatsoever.

7.8 Language

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. If we provide a translation for convenience, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or ambiguity.
